「Room was in good condition but the bedding was almost non existent and very hard beds. Staff was good. A shuttle to the airport/cruise terminal even if it is extra pay would be nice. 」

「No balcony, no microwave if you wanted to heat food up you purchased elsewhere. You have the arrive at the exact time the hotel requires. I had to wait 4 hours when i just got off the plane. The room they stored my luggage in had bugs because when i retrieved my bags and was allowed in my room they were crawling all on my belongings. With no notice they take a photo of your face and you have to scan your face to do anything there, the restaurant, the pool,the elevator your room its annoying...

「O quarto estava bem arrumado e agradável, os funcionários são muito gentis e solícitos, o banheiro precisa de ajuste no rejunte, e vaza água na conexão da ducha ao lado do vaso sanitário, precisa consertar as fechaduras das saídas de emergência, o café da manhã estava excelente todos os dias. Foram noites que dormir muito bem.」
