Café da manhã excelente, localização muita boa, colaboradores educados. No entanto, tive problemas com o cartão do quarto e me trocaram de quarto, me ligaram e tive que retornar ao hotel para realizar a troca, pois precisavam de um quarto com camas de solteiro.
Tivemos um excelente atendimento, o quarto era confortável, mas houve tanto barulho com arrasto de cadeiras, batidas, inclusive apos as 22h. Tivemos que trocar de quarto porque estava insuportável. De resto, estava tudo certo.
Boa hospedagem! Hotel na entrada da cidade, distante do centro. Boa cama, café da manhã gostoso. Pia fora do banheiro, sabonete dentro do box! TV com poucas opções de canal. Academia é uma esteira, uma bike e um aparelho antigo.

Já a senhora do checkout, achei pouco simpática! Mas tudo bem, deve que não estava em um bom dia. As camareiras, muito gentis tbm! Me ajudou com uma dúvida que surgiu, me desejou boas vindas e ainda me mostrou meu quarto :)
O hotel em si é bem organizado e limpo , o ar condicionado é muito bom ! Porém a atendente do dia 31/05 pela parte da manhã não fez um atendimento de qualidade e com educação. Faltou ser mais cordial e acolhedora pois nós poderíamos muito bem ir em outro hotel sem problema algum. De resto excelente, quero parabenizar a equipe da limpeza são bem educados e carismáticos.
Chegamos na madrugada e o atendente nao encontrava a nossa reserva. Quando encontrou, nos deu um quarto abaixo da categoria contratada, alegando que o hotel estava lotado e que poderiamos trocar no dia seguinte. O quarto em questão era pequeno, com uma cama baixa e apertada, e com uma janela que dava para um microfosso de luz onde estão colocados todos os condensadores externos das centrais de ar dos quartos adjacentes nos tres andares. Impossivel abrir a janela pelo barulho ou ate mesmo saber se era dia ou noite. A TV pegava um unico canal e a internet era péssima. Terrível. Não conseguimos dormir.
No dia seguinte, reclamamos à recepcionista, que com muito boa vontade e gentileza nos ofereceu a visitação em um quart distinto e justo a categoria contratada. Aí a experiencia passou a ser muito melhor. Quarto amplo, arejado, com duas camas, varios canais na TV, excelete chuveiro e ar condicionado novo e limpo.
Fora isso, o café da manhã é simples mas fresco e gostoso, o hotel é bastante novo e limpo, e a localização é facilitada para quem chega ou sai de Porto Velho de carro, além de estar próximo a uma grande avenida para necessidades rápidas. A internet as vezes é lenta, mas ha uma sala de reuniões excelente no térreo que me permitiram utilizar quando precisei, E o atendimento, exceto na chegada do check-in, foi sempre muito cortês, gentil e com boa vontade. Em suma, recomendo bastante o hotel, mas fuja do quarto mais simples/barato.
