「I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. 」

「Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. 「Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.」

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
