Boardwalk Hotel: Bikes, Boards & Beach Gear Included

"The property itself is adorable and perfectly placed between the ocean and the bay - but not ON either one. We loved the kitchens and outdoor seating area. Traveling with teen daughters, they loved the paddleboards, skateboards, bikes and boogie boards available. This property has organized discounts with many of the nearby eateries as well. That speaks volumes to us. We felt like family at Olive and Miss B’s when mentioning we were staying at the Boardwalk. Chloe, at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful to us as well. 2 things worth mentioning: 1. Ask for an upstairs room if you’re a light sleeper. It’s an older property and the footsteps are REAL! (The Boardwalk has thoughtfully placed sound machines in the rooms for this!) 2. If traveling as a group of 4, i recommend not booking the king bed/ sofa sleeper combo. It was just WAY too cramped to open suitcases and keep things organized with the sofa pulled out into a bed. Overall, We loved the experience and property and will definitely return!"

"Our room was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait another hour after check in for our room. We did get a beautiful view It is a family resort but some families were letting kids trash pool area and runarou.d property unsupervised so be aware of things like that. Although its an older resort the location and grounds were wonderful, bed was ok, restraint was amazing, drinks are pricey and front desk staff ok Concierge was a delight! I would stay again."
