「This hotel was not clean or maintained. One of the hot tubs was out of order. The garbages were full each day. The breakfast was not warm or a typical Hyatt buffet. The hotel had dead bugs in the dining area along with dirty dishes sitting out. The room did not look clean and the bathroom was dirty. The carpet was coming up in the room, making it dangerous to walk without shoes on. I would not recommend this hotel and we were disappointed with our stay.」

「I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place. The hallways are super noisy in the morning when...

「The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.」
