「Started off a little bumpy the check in was difficult they said we didn’t have a room but then she found us one. I had this booked several weeks in advance so I thought there should be no issues with check in process. This took some time. The property was nice and pleasant. The breakfast offered is great! Plenty of room in the room we booked. Clean property and pleasant staff. We got a later check out time which was nice. After bumpy start everything else was great!」
「We were overcharged for 2 breakfasts. We tried to get it corrected but were not even allowed to speak with someone who could investigate. Hilton received two payments from our account after we had only signed one ticket for two breakfasts. Beware presenting your credit card as charges are made to it that you didn’t authorize.」
「Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Only complaint is bar areas being adjacent to check-in desk. Not against having a bar area. But bad choice for its location. When my husband and I returned to hotel Saturday night, it was like walking into a party full of drunks. There were people and couples hanging out right there drinking, swearing and carrying on. Not appropriate for those who bring their children and grandchildren for a fun get away.」
