「The design of the washroom is unsatisfactory. The shower curtain does not extend to the floor, and the washroom is very wet after shower. As the hotel does not make up room everyday, the washroom condition is quite untidy. 」

「spent 6 night here - convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. there was some mixed up at check-in but was fixed quickly. the only thing is the "fixed-rate" taxi advertised in the hotel information. the "fixed-rate" was supposed to be 30 NZD, but we were charged 54 in the end. We mentioned to the driver it should be a fixed rate, who insisted their company doesn't have a deal with the hotel and that we need to present a corporate card. our overall experience with this property is...

「Rang ahead to ask about parking as I have a RTT and was able to park right outside the doors which is a bonus when trying to find somewhere in the city with low underground parking. Easy check in and check out too. Room was great. 」
