"We had booked another local hotel that turned out to be a nightmare. We were lucky to get a room at Comfort Inn at nearly 8 pm on a Friday. The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The property had everything and then some that a family could want. There was three floors of arcades, a small water park and a brewery on site. Very cool experience. "

"The property was clean and the staff friendly, and the breakfast adequate. Even the wifi was pretty good. Only complaint is that you need better signage!! Hard to find you, had to use gps to find where you are hidden on a side street. But then I don't know what Plattsburgh sign ordinances are ... but most motels on Rt. 3 have bad signage from a motorist's perspective."

"We booked a handicapped but when we arrived, our reservation left that out. The staff changed our room to a handicap accessible room with no problem. Rome was clean, quiet and close to attractions. Staff was excellent "
