Only problem was twice we had to call down for assistance once for a blanket for the pull out, and once for tp, and the response was unreasonably slow. Both times I had to call back and for the blanket the front desk guy said " well it's only been about a half an hour" meaning about 45 minutes. To run a blanket upstairs?
