「The room was clean, plenty off snacks and breakfast muffins were amazing! Staff very friendly! Hair dryer was burnt out they took note but was hoping to have been offered an alternative. Overall definitely would recommend!」

「The staff came across unfriendly and uninterested. The girl at check-in was not at all friendly. The bellboys are also not friendly and come across rude if you are not using them. They answer questions rudely. The rooms and amenities are average. We had the power go out for a few hours during our stay (no AC) and no comp was offered by the hotel. The walk to the beach with all your gear can get sporty. There’s a security guard roaming around (not even sure he’s a real cop) that pulled me...

The only negative I have to say is that the walls were paper thin and I could hear the people talking, but seem to be normal voices in the room next to me but other than that I don’t have anything negative to say. I also thought their prices were reasonable by comparison.」

「I wish we could have stayed longer. Love that we were able to do laundry, although I do wish the water slide was open. My grandchildren would have loved it. We got a villa/suite facing the water park/pool area so my elderly mother could take pictures. 4 generations, what a blessing.」

「Seemed to be newly renovated, room was very clean. The description did list a microwave in the room but there was not one... it was a spot for one. Staff were very friendly. I would stay again while in the area.」

「Upon arrival we noticed our shower handle was broken. Front desk was notified several times. No one came to fix it until moments before checking out. My mom's room had freezing water the entire trip. When telling the front office while checking out they said they wouldn't charge a 10$ parking fee. Basically we were unable to have a shower while at the hotel.」

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」
