"My shower/tub was not working. No water at all coming out. I had my daughter’s wedding the next day and was unable to get a shower for the event. I went to front desk and told about the problem and said I would be out all so they could come fix it. When I returned after wedding I still could not shower because it was not fixed and there was no sign of anyone being there. Our other room looked like the bed was not made and the windows and screens broken on the first floor room. I was extremely disappointed and was not expecting this experience for my daughter’s wedding. "

"Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room and when i asked to swap the check in ladies had no autjority to help and the “duty supervisor” asked me to upgrade for 100$ i norder to get a slighly brighter room. Amazing cuayomers skills!! Will never be back and reccomend not trying it. Place is made for the gambling crowd that dont want any service"
