「The property stay was good overall. The rooms could use some renovations (and I was in a supposedly renovated room). It is difficult to get reservations for ala carte restaurants if you don’t book them immediately upon arrival for the entire week. It is also difficult to get beach/pool towels. 」

Although the dining experience had some shortcomings, the overall ambience of the property was exactly what I needed for a relaxing vacation. 「I had an amazing time staff like Isidro #1,Sandy,Denise,segundo,the hospitality was amazing I arrived at 230am,everything in the resort was closed and we were hungry,they made sure at that time, we got food drinks and anything we needed they made us feel like family def recommend and def returning the food was amazing the fruits were so fresh food was delicious rooms were very comfortable.We stayed at the Select section adults only in vip garden room and it was amazing my room was serviced and...

「Our room was never cleaned and we didn’t get fresh towels during our stay. There was nowhere to get drinking water or refill our water bottles, and yet it was unsafe to drink the tap water. Other than that, our room was beautiful and we had a lovely time. I wasn’t aware that we would get the vacation club ask… 」

The only complains are there wasnt no iron and you only get 2 towels so if you have guess be mindful. Staff was great. You can also exchange money there aswell...」
