「We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Zilara, although we cut it a day short due to Hurricane Melissa. This was my first trip to Jamaica. The staff was friendly and customer-centric and the views of the beach and ocean were beautiful! Only dined at the buffett for breakfast and lunch (Choicez) but breakfast was soooo good. 「My stay here was during Hurricane Melissa so things were different for us. Our first two days on the resort were amazing before the storm hit. The private beach, pools, swim up bar were all amazing, staff was great, very kind and beautiful people. The food was 4/10 only because it was bland and lacked seasoning but I think they make it that way to accommodate all people, there was a good variety though. The staff did great during and after the storm in my opinion, they were definitely prepared...
