「Staff friendly. Quick to address any concerns. Breakfast bar with a good variety to choose from. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Has a pool, exercise facility, and outside sitting area with gas fireplace. Very close to attractions. Lots to do in the area.」

「We needed a room for the night due to storms in area and we were on bike visiting for bike week so we took what was convenient. The shower was hot, the bed was comfortable and clean, could have used another pillow but I was able to get an extra towel and a rag to wipe the seats off. Staff was very nice!」

「Was a very odd hotel. The people that run it live in the hotel. There were still dirty towels on our room upon arrival. Hotel was dirty and the outside doors were always open because they had duck tape on the latches so they never locked . That’s not safe! They had no cleaning staff. We had to bring our dirty stuff down when we left. Our toilet didn’t work and still didn’t move us. Just a very strange experience!!」

「Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS」

「Apparently some of the rooms have been remodeled and have luxury vinyl flooring. My room had dingy carpet. Pictures of the breakfast area show a waffle maker. All they had was cereal, no waffle maker. Overall, the hotel doesn't look like the pictures. Not very well kept up.」

「The property was newer and nice but our room was not up to my cleanliness standards. I have admittedly high standards for hotel rooms and stay at only properties with a rating of 8/10 or higher. This was the highest rated I could find 9.2 out of 10 but the bathroom and the headboard were dirty. 2 of the most important areas in the room. I needed to do a clean with Lysol to feel at all comfortable here.」

「Very loud. You can hear every single door opening, person walking, using the shower, etc. Lots of kids. Our room was next to parking lot and very loud people outside smoking and talking. Room was dusty and edges near carpet and shower needed to be repaired. Bed was comfy but pillows weren't. TV did have HBO. We didn't use pool or eat breakfast there due to so many people using it when we wanted to. Price was good but will stay elsewhere next time. Lots of fast food and pizza places nearby.」

「I would not say at this hotel or recommend this hotel to anyone. Every day we had to request tiles. They did not make beds and our garbage was full because they didn’t empty it for two days. The staff was semi-helpful. I’m not sure if they were unprepared for bike week or not. But this was not a good experience.」

「Did not hit breakfast this time around due to having a food pass with Cedar Point. But I have had it before and it is worth the price! Clean rooms and amazing staff ALWAYS! The hot tub is one of my favorite features for sure :) Note that they do have Starbucks coffee in their little store and that the pool/hot tub doesn’t close till 10 pm :) Also make sure to check out the back of the hotel for the fire pit and the stream :)」
