「This hotel has a nice location and friendly staff. However, the place is in need of updates like a new mattress, faucet in shower, and TV. I don’t think the mini fridge was working. I put water bottles inside and it was still room temperature the next morning. The room felt a bit damp which explains why the AC was turned down to 61 degrees when we got there to dry it out.」

「The picture is NOT AT ALL where you are going how it looks all of it it incorrect it is more like a motel 6 the guy at the front desk was super sweet and helpful I loved him and his tan leather hat he was awesome it is a decent cheap place but don’t be sucked in by the pretty pictures」

「Dirty, strange and rude staff with a criminal element mixed in. The pool is algae filled, nothing works like AC, we quickly just left and of course he refused repayment. There was a truck filled with trash, looked like a place for a squatter and it was the property was completely unkept. I was scared for myself and my family and want no one to ever visit.」

「The property was very dirty We stayed in room 230. On our last night there we found a cockroach in the bathroom. The staff was non-chalant about it and just refunded 1 night of our 3 night stay. The trash was overflowing outside every night. The pool and hot tub were really dirty. Stay somewhere else. This place is disgusting!」

「We made a trip this way to visit Cedar Point. This was a very clean family friendly hotel. We stayed three nights with two adults and three kids (15,13,11). Kids enjoyed the breakfast and large spacious rooms. The beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall. We are returning at the end of the month to visit Cedar Point again and currently finalizing the dates and thinking of booking this hotel again as we had a great stay !」

「The carpets in hall were not vacuumed the entire time we stayed. There was trash both nights in the hall. Never moved or picked up. The carpet in bedroom was dirty, my 10 year old took a shower and walked barefoot in the room and his feet were black from dirty carpet before he went to bed. Had to have him wash his feet and wear crocs while in the room.」

「The room was clean but dated. The towels were very thin. The breakfast was good, with the usual make your own waffles, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, and juice machine. My in room safe was locked and unusable. All in all, it is a decent hotel whose rating is about accurate.」

「Booked in advance with prepaid option and ended up with the first room on the first floor - definitely worse room in any hotel especially one that does not have a door separating the rooms from the entryway/check in area. Hotel was completely booked and very noisy. Great location and we may consider it again if we could guarantee a better room. Parking was free and available.」
