「Really noisy with kids」

「Only complaint was a bug in the bathroom floor」

「Room AC controls were broken, room smelled of mold, and room shade was broken, requested another room, none were available. Manager was not on site, Entry door to hotel was broken. Requested a refund of my stay and they refused to make any adjustments for my stay. Worst conditions I have observed at a hotel, ever!」

「normal」

「very Good！」

「The king sized suite was amazing and super comfortable! The living room and kitchen part were roomy, and the separate bedroom/bathroom just made it feel big enough to walk around in and not feel so squished. The breakfast was also really great! Not sure who is in the kitchen, but they knocked it out of the park day by day, consistently amazing and clean, and kept well stocked until end of breakfast. Truly felt spoiled here, and I will be back!」

「Very nice」

「Perfect price and location for access to Aksarben!」

「员工友好 环境幽雅」

「杂费还得收50美金，这也太坑了吧」

「Room was very clean and quiet.」

「The hotel is pricey, but it's worth the price. The property is quiet and elegant and the staff are courteous and efficient. The location is perfect: just one block away from the Old Market and across the street from Gene Leahy Mall at the Riverfront. This was our second time at the Farnham and we're certain to go back again.」

「The location is very convenient and the hotel room is large」
