The only thing that would have improved the stay would be to have access to information about restaurants, shopping etc in the area since we didn’t have a car. Google wasn’t that helpful. Maybe the people at the front desk could provide a bit more guidance and highlight what is near. I would return. "

"I had a great experience at La Quinta Inn Houston. I accidentally created a duplicate charge when booking, and even though the reservation was nonrefundable, the hotel still refunded the extra charge, which I truly appreciated. The staff was friendly, the stay was comfortable, and the airport shuttle worked perfectly. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience."
