「Bathroom had someone else's hair. A random pair odd socks- not ours!! Alarm clock was on (6:00AM!!) AND still on old daylight savings time. Out side trash cans full for 3 days without getting emptied. Dog area had dried poop EVERYWHERE!! 」

「Needed extra blanket and was told they don’t have extra blankets. We reserved the room with two beds and pullout couch and had no bedding for pullout couch. Breakfast wasn’t great. Eggs were watery and sausage links undercooked.」

「Upon arriving we found there was a loud intermittent noise adjacent to the room. We talked to staff and they offered a second floor room so we moved upstairs. This room had no cold water in the lavatory and the stool did not fill after flushing and the TV did not work. We again contacted the front desk and we were moved to a third room that functioned. The whole place appears to need some updating. Staff were pleasant but difficult to understand.」
