「The room I booked didn't meet my expectations; it didn't have a sea view at all. I wanted to change to a room with a sea view, but I was told that it wasn't possible.」

「This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Every aspect of the design and decor was so thoughtful and bespoke with amazing attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. Their barista made an exceptional complimentary cappuccino! We also loved the plant filled arboretum-like entrance and vibrant art work, dark color drenched walls contrasting with the blonde wood floors and woven carpet. The hotel is well situated near Lumen Field and an easy walk to Pike Place...

「Literally the most noisy hotel I’ve been to. You can hear all kinds of honking, sirens wailing, and plane passing. Might as well sleep on the street. Staff is great though.」
