「Nice place. Checking in was annoying. Told us multiple times our room wasn't ready, but continued to checkin numerous other guests. Finally asked a different staff member and he checked us in immediately, despite just being told by the other person the room still wasn’t ready. Other than that, great location. Room nice and clean. Rooftop sunset is incredible.」

「We planned a short getaway to Friday Harbor with our two small children. I booked the room with the garden terrace not quite knowing what to expect. WOW! Although we felt a little awkward with the kids (most people staying there at the time did not have kids), we were very warmly welcomed by the staff. The garden terrace rooms led right outside the the lawn, views of the ferries, and fire pits. We were able to get the kids asleep and step outside to enjoy a drink and the fires both nights. We...
