「I honestly have never left a review in 20 years of traveling. Good or bad. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. My wife and I booked a standard room on a whim and were more satisfied than some suites we've spent hundreds on for a weekend. The cocktail lounge is small but intimate and you won't get a bad drink. This place exceeded all expectations. Props to the hotel management and staff. Incredible gem you guys have created」

「The place was beautiful and well maintained the only issue was about the breakfast, that was a decision maker to stay there and it wasn’t provided by the owner. I understand things happen but this is something that you should warned people about because by the email the owner sent the day before we arrived is something that happens some months on the weekends during summer, soo not really happy about that, plus I was supposed to get a refund for that and let see if I can get some of that money...

「Overall, the room was fine and did it's job for our time in Traverse City. It was nice, clean and I liked the setup of the room. The breakfast was decent and the coffee was better than most hotels. That being said, my first day there one of the maid staff was yelling and causing a ruckus to the point I thought she was going to up and quit. Then our first night we were awaked by the group across the hall from us around 1230am. They were knocking on each other's doors and speaking in loud voices...

「Property is okay but needs to be cleaned a little better. Needs some updating also. Two of us checked in for a 3 night stay. We were given 1 washcloth. Had to ask for more. We had a small kitchenette with a sink, stovetop, and frig. No dish soap or dish clothes or dish towels. They left a roll of paper towels with 2 paper towels left on it. Big help. We had to ask for more wash clothes and hand towels the 2nd morning of our stay. Never got them. Picked them up ourselves after 5pm when...

「The pool was not operational. The check in process was a terrible experience. Made us wait until 3 pm exactly to check in. By the time 3 pm came around there was a line of 5 parties with one person at the front desk. We were given the key to a room that was already occupied. Had to transport our luggage from the 4th floor back to the front desk. There was still a line of people so we had to wait again. The front desk was unable to explain the situation. The same scenario for the couple behind...

「This space is really nice for the price, and the beach is phenomenal! There are a couple things that are...ok-ish. We were there in October (so off-season in their defense), but there spiders and spiderwebs just about everywhere around the halls and stairs. Nothing that would get in your way, but my wife is afraid of spiders and she definitely saw them. The room is really big and spacious! The views are phenomenal as well!! The jacuzzi tub was awesome, but it did require me to do a smidge of...
