「Overall a good experience with a couple of small issues. The lock on the bathroom door was broken, the handle on the mini fridge falls right off when you try to use it, and a staff member somewhat rudely told my son to not block the sidewalk while we were clearly loading things into the back of my SUV and no one else was around. The staff was so friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooftop pool was definitely a favorite—my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to get out! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do, and having free on-site parking made everything so easy. We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend staying here....
