「Room was very nice. Would have liked hot chocolate to be available for breakfast. The weather was cold while we were there.」

「I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck.」

「The bathroom shower needed more detail cleaning, it looked more like mold in the shower and the carpet had a big stain that needed to be cleaned.」

「The room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The bagels were good. Parking was easy and safe. Our room was just above the AC/Heating units outside. Very noisy. There was an event in, I'm assuming a conference room that happened to be just below us. Loud, bumping music late into the night. Noisy neighbors, loud talking, tromping up and down the halls outside which can happen anywhere but added to an unpleasant night.」
