「The room i booked on the app had different pictured, description of the room The hotel could not accommodate that room, the front dest told me they had no rooms that were like that. We got into the room already upset about the room not being what we thought we paid for. There were dead bugs on the floor. The TV only turned on via button on TV. Check out was 11 am and housekeeping didnt even knock and they walked in at 845ish it was bizzar.」

「The resort needs to do something about their keys. It doesn't take much for them to not work and have to be re-keyed. Getting them next to any type of electronics (phone, watch, etc) causes them to not function. We had two keys and between them we had to have them re-keyed 3 times」

「Toilet seat covered in mold, and mold throughout the bathroom. Was told multiple times that the manager would contact us about it, and they have not. I can't get a hold of them. Super gross location, do not go here.」

「Staff was rude and charged me a 50$ pet fee for support animal I've had since my discharge from the military. She is certified to notice and prevent several different health issues so I had no problem paying the pet fee. By law it was all illegal and I kept mouth shut, cause I reported their business like I am supposed to too the ADA.」

「Pictures and descriptions were outdated and misleading. There is no onsite bar but there is a small video slot machine room with probably took its place at sometime. The bed was the hardest bed I have ever slept on. It wasn’t the most upkept/up to date property but it surely wasn’t terrible.」
