「really good and comfortable 」

「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...

「The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

「It was not so clean on arrival and we managed to clean up to our living condition after visiting the store to get the cleaning utensils.」

「When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. 」

「After a mixup where there was no bedding for the sofa bed, the owner of the property sorted it out very quickly for me. The property makes great use of the space - design is great. Makes a perfect base from which to explore the area. We will return if we come down to the area again 」
