「The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

「Lovely property very clean, beautiful view had an amazing time. Lots of stairs up to the apartment but worth it. Brilliant hosts very organised, though please note £25 damage fee non refundable or £200 refundable. 」

「Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely to have a bath in each ensuite. Kitchen isn't particularly well stocked (we had to keep washing up) but I've come to expect this from holiday rents now. The doors are all on closing mechanisms that crash the heavy doors shut with her loud bangs. This would be a problem if you had children as I'd worry they might crush fingers. Little bit noisy during the day when the cafe is open downstairs. Won't be a problem if you're out all day. The restaurant in Barn 1 is...

「This first floor apartment was a good size and it was lovely and peaceful. The decor was somewhat very dated. What really let the place down, was the general cleanliness and the worn out state of the three piece suit and the mattress, which were very uncomfortable. The microwave was rusty inside and the freezer door was missing from inside the fridge. The shower head was covered in lime scale. The fire extinguisher went out of date on 1st January 2012. The stairs are fairly steep and the fire...

「The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. 」

「Location was great. Apartment was clean. Was a little weird having to watch an electric meter to make sure it didn't run out!! Owner really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't have Netflix, and no towels provided. But the bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the kitchen...cooker fridge etc Basic clean comfortable stay, you have to clean everything (including oven) before you leave, and put the bin bags out! 」

「Although technically a studio, the property felt spacious. It is well equipped with a comfortable bed. Winterton-On-Sea at Xmas was something of a leap into the unknown for us. The beaches were the preserve of the seal population, but it was a privilege to see the seals and a pleasure to walk on the dunes and coastal paths. The beach and village facilities are within easy walking distance. The convenience store has friendly owners and long opening hours, the pub serves a nice pint, and the fish...
