"Poorly maintained hotel. For example, they gave us a couple of towels with holes and when we requested new ones, they said that they’re waiting for more towels. The day after, they did exactly the same. The room was nice but also felt old due to maintenance and it was really dark. Bed was awesome and the room size is quite big. Location is excellent. In summary, hotel is ok, but with more maintenance it could be better."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."

"Hotel and staff were great. The road is noisy and there is a Muslim call to prayer that is amplified several times a day. They rent scooters onsite and the beach is a few minute scooter ride away. "

"I highly recommend this beautiful hotel. From our check-in to checking out everything was perfect. Great breakfast served and they have a great shuttle to and from Ao Nang market or street. The pool is stunning and located in such a serene area. We loved it and wished we had stayed longer than a week. Su has such a great personality and loved talking to her. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Also we had great mountain views every morning for the sunrise and beautiful greenery at the back of our room where we had stunning sunsets "

"Lovely hotel very clean lovely staff"

"This hotel has the potential to be a lovely experience, but due to years of neglect, the place feels unkempt. Elevator is out of order, and there is no bell boy to assist. This resort is very large and requires a lot of walking and stairs, which is inconvenient with luggage. Litter was not cleaned. The same garbage stayed for days at the bottom of the stairwell. The floors are clearly not swept often, and cleaned even less. The pool was alright, but about half of it has stagnant water which is also not cleaned of debris. The fountain in the pool area is also out of order, and the swim up bar is not in order and is actually crumbling. Room service is also lacking. We had to ask for fresh towels and coffee cups, as these were not provided upon room ‘cleaning’. Our door to our room was somewhat broken, as the latch didn’t function. It had to be locked to close. Our bathroom door simply didn’t close at all, so hopefully if you’re staying here you are VERY close with your roommate. Staff were also generally unfriendly and unhelpful, but did the bare minimum. Overall, we were displeased with our stay given the price, but the location is good. Hotel should consider employing staff to care for the surrounding area as well, as there is garbage everywhere. "

"The room was very basic but all in all it was ok. The bathroom, however, was another story. The shower head holder was broken and didn't hold the shower head up, the water didn't drain, so we were standing in inches of dirty water when showering. No shower curtain or any type of partition so there was water everywhere after showering. The bathroom alone made the whole experience quite gross. The balcony door didn't lock and the curtain holder was broken, which made it hard to open and close. There was a constant bad smell in the room, like blocked drain, which might explain the shower not draining properly. If we needed anything (water, toilet paper), we were told we had to wait until 3pm the next day. The staff were not as friendly and welcoming as we are used to in Thailand, we haven't had this disappointing level of service before so we understand it's not typical for Thailand. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, Palm, the tour guy, was really nice and helped us organise a boat trip and the outdoor aesthetic is very nice. We will not be returning to this hotel unfortunately. "

"Oh my gosh! Literally paradise! 🌴 🌺 ☀️. This boutique, quaint hotel was a dream! Wish we stayed longer. There’s only about 6 or 7 little bungalows amidst impeccably beautiful, lush foliage and flowers! The pool was warm and refreshing. Several areas to lounge or sit. REAL COY FISH in the pond!! 🐠. Comfy bed. Incredible breakfast. Wonderful, friendly staff who were so accommodating! Super cool Thai inspired bungalows! Was just a piece a paradise and I’d go back in a heartbeat! "
