"To say I’m very disappointed in this hotel would be an understatement. We arrived at 7pm and entered our room that was supposed to have a cliff view but it was behind buildings with garbage and towers in the way. The room also smelt like mold and mildew, we complained to the front desk and they sent someone up to check, in which he only sprayed air freshener!! After we returned at 10pm to see if we can switch rooms, we waited over an hour to get a proper response from reception and eventually moved to a different room with a pool view. This room also smelt like mold, the toilet and shower are also detached small spaces and not what we expected. The housekeeping also comes at different times throughout the days so very inconsistent, we wanted to rest during the late afternoon and they had to clean our room as we were there. Housekeeping don’t replace the cups, towels, hand wash soap and didn’t take out the garbage. The plumbing is very poor as well, engineers came to fix the temperature as it only stayed boiling hot, the sink drain also got locked into the socket and an engineer also had to come and repair the sink. I cannot believe how awful this hotel is, this was a 2 star motel experience (at best) and I do not recommend wasting your money here."

"Really enjoyed the pool, the look and feel of the room, the free instant coffee and water, the staff and the location. There is some ambient noise from the hotel restaurant (which is very expensive and lacks a bar), the outside, and possibly other guests, but the hum faded into white noise for me and was not an issue. Bed had 4 comfy pillows, shower was not great. Overall, felt quite luxurious for the price and would happily return. "

"Extremely disappointing stay at Krabi Resort — definitely not returning. We arrived at around 9:00 AM, fully understanding that official check-in is at 3:00 PM. However, despite rooms clearly being available, we were still forced to wait nearly 6 hours, which felt completely unreasonable for a resort that markets itself as a premium beachfront stay. The resort officially lists itself as a beachfront hotel in Ao Nang (krabiresort.net) Honestly, it felt like guests were intentionally made to wait so they would spend money on overpriced island-hopping tours and other activities. The staff were not welcoming at all — quite the opposite. They were unfriendly, rude, and lacked basic hospitality. No smile, no effort to assist, and definitely not the level of service you expect from a resort. The room was another huge disappointment. The pillows smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Cleanliness and room freshness should be a basic standard. Another major issue was transportation within the property. Every time we needed to go somewhere, we had to call the front desk for a shuttle/cart, and the wait was often very long, leaving us standing outside in the hot Krabi weather. What surprised us most was the lack of a proper welcome experience. No welcome drink, no cold towel, no refreshing gesture after a long trip — something many resorts in Thailand normally offer. "

"Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it. "
