"I normally always stay here at the Oaks but this rom I was in this time was the worst and oldest one I've ever stayed in .. I know they are mostly individually owned but this one really needs to be done up.. is in the first of the Oaks buildings Aleutian and only had one tv in a 2 brm apartment and didn't even have the nice soft plush blankets that the Oaks normally has,I had to ask for some and they weren't those blankets.. was clean and comfortable thou but really needs a makeover"

"Needs a deep clean, especially the couch, old soap behind the washing machine...not only 1 but 2. Screen in the bathroom could do with a clean. Always love going, but cleaning could be better."
