"Good location. Room smelt like the carpet is a bit musty and needs a good deep clean. Overall room was quite clean though. Checkin process was pretty poor. Website says open until 7pm, but was closed at 5pm and checkin instructions weren't great as to location of room. No sharing of information about amenities of complex or attractions in local area. "

"I normally always stay here at the Oaks but this rom I was in this time was the worst and oldest one I've ever stayed in .. I know they are mostly individually owned but this one really needs to be done up.. is in the first of the Oaks buildings Aleutian and only had one tv in a 2 brm apartment and didn't even have the nice soft plush blankets that the Oaks normally has,I had to ask for some and they weren't those blankets.. was clean and comfortable thou but really needs a makeover"
