「If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. We will be visiting you all soon Stavroulla and Yiannis」

「Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. 」

「Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing 」

「The hotel had a 80s decor and vibe, but the not-so-modern outlook is totally, if not over compensated, by the impeccable service, cleanliness, view at the breakfast restaurant, quality of food, and the ample size of the swimming pools which provide more than enough room for everybody to enjoy. We have had an amazing time there! I paid extra for a side sea view room because the picture looks like a frontal sea view, but it wasn’t, and I probably would not have chosen the same room type next time....

「Super friendly staff. Clean & well maintained rooms, although our double room had 2 single beds which wasn’t ideal. Great location, short walk to seafront and loads of great restaurants & bars. Pool area looked nice and was very clean. We were exploring the island with our hire car so used the hotel just as a base to sleep in the evening. Breakfast buffet was very good.」

「Absolutely beautiful location on the beach with very spacious rooms… we also paid for one with a jacuzzi!! Only recommendation for improvement would be to help guests with luggage, as not all parking and elevators connect to help get to your specific room level.」

Excellent service et le personnel est accueillant et très aimable. beaucoup d’options de restauration et de boutiques aux alentours. Je recommande cet hôtel plus que n’importe quelle autre, si je retourne en Crète, c’est à cet hôtel que je reviendrai.」
