「The front desk employee was very pleasant and made a great first impression.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet expectations. We travel often and only leave reviews when necessary, and this is one of those times. The bathroom was unacceptable there was visible mold, and the water was clogged, making it even more unsanitary. Wearing flip-flops felt necessary (see photos for details). It is concerning that this hotel is operating under these conditions; it clearly does not meet basic...
