「The hotel is not bad, though some of the amenities could do with updating. Staff cannot be faulted, always eager to help and sincere in their efforts. Food including breakfast is ok, I think they should focus on quality rather than the number of food items for their buffet breakfast. Overall, a relaxing stay, good location as it is close to local attractions but not in the very busy area. 」

「This hotel is a tranquil visit into the past. The decorations and furnishings all take you back 150years but the facilities (bathrooms and internet) are all modern. We loved its riverside location, it was good for our soul to relax after the business of Delhi, Vindravan and Agra. The staff were very friendly. 」

「Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for.」

「La chambre n'était pas propre, le tapis dans la salle de bain était sale. L'accueil, personne ne nous a prêté attention (le portable est plus important apparemment). On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. Nous avons dû aller chercher du personnel pour pouvoir déjeuner car personne au restaurant. Pour un hôtel qui se dit 4 étoiles, je vous le déconseille. Pour info j'avais pris un chambre avec un lit d'appoint mon fils à...

「El hotel estaba muy vacío y como un poco abandonado. Necesita más limpieza, más atención, un mejor servicio y mejor restaurante. A veces no atendían a nuestra llamada. La cocina no funcionaba y el desayuno no estaba disponible. Pero la habitación era amplia y cómoda.」
