On sonne le soir alors que nous étions en pyjama pour nous dire qu'il manquait une information sur le formulaire. 「This hotel is a tranquil visit into the past. The decorations and furnishings all take you back 150years but the facilities (bathrooms and internet) are all modern. We loved its riverside location, it was good for our soul to relax after the business of Delhi, Vindravan and Agra. The staff were very friendly. 」

「The room was very filthy, there was dirt on the bed sheets. I booked a room with a view of the city but the room provided was completely different. The toilet was the worst. There was no hot water facility. There was a soap bar which was previously used. There were smelly rags which were used to clean the toilet still lying around. Overall PATHETIC」

「Though this property is relatively new there is a lack of proper management and ownership. Room had sewage odors coming in. No running hot water, and on top of it the service staff unaccepted the fact that there’s no hot water. We wasted our morning time, peace of mind in the midst of our family trip and hotel staff offered free cup of tea (wow) to compensate it. Overall, I won’t recommend this property they are not worth the charges they ask for.」
