The customer service at the front desk and the restaurant were amazing. The staff quickly learned who we were and provided amazing service.
I was frustrated that the credit card machine in the restaurant would not take my international credit card (USA). However, the staffing there were incredible, kind and helpful!

Bad face for Lemon Tree Hotels.
Hotel is ok. Wifi is of limited use 6 Mbps for a modern hotel. International booking online is fine, but impossible to pay at hotel using an international card. Front desk service slow and poor. Lemon Tree is generally a good name. This hotel disappointed
