「Had to pay 40 Real to the hotel for the luggage storage as we arrived before the official check in time. First time ever that a hotel charged me as guest for a service that you could expect when being a guest.」

「Room and bathroom was unclean. Dirty bed linen, dust/trash under bed under bed and sofa bed provided. The bathroom sink would back up with water and took a long time to drain. I was not notified that the middle elevator did not stop at the 8th and 7th floors. Used the stairs to get to my room several times. Chaotic breakfast seating my table was taken while I got my food, but a good and varied breakfast spread.」

「The internet inside the room never worked!! I need to be close the room’s door. They don’t have amenities in the bathroom. The breakfast was poor, the service was slow, so you needed to wait for hot water, or fruit or the eggs!!! 」
