"Awesome residence! Well-equipped kitchen, spacious rooms and living room. The interior is very clean and luxurious. The apartment comes with a balcony. Beds are comfortable. "Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"Anupuri was 2 min drive or shuttle. Def the best slope for the family and the big boys. Staff was great super helpful. They emailed us regularly asking what we needed and what tours to book. Noa. Was super friendly and also Reese. Big bath tube. To soak in after the slopes. In house breakfast. Had good selection of cereals and hot eggs bacon toast and fruit... very quite and the views are amazing thanks agian def be going back"

"Even though their lockers for ski in, ski out was down a set of stairs, once you store your items, it was within easy reach of a ski lift. The hotel itself is a bit dated but totally made up for by the convenient amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. The store inside had good selection of basics. While no microwave in the room, they had one in the lobby you can use. Booked a room with private onsen and the view of Mt Yotei was gorgeous! "

"Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring. "

"From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve."
