We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family, it’s well appointed and in a great location in upper Hirafu, very close to dinning options and ski hire and shops. The property managers can arrange a pick up on arrival and provide a daily shuttle if you don’t want to make the short walk to the ski lifts.

Beautiful but very noisy location.

Amazing property in convenient location. We booked the two bedroom. The property was nice and had transport between the welcome centre and house. There were a few instances of confusion when booking transport and it wasn’t often on time. The biggest problem was the noise there is a dive bar about 20m from the main bedroom and all the bogan tourists turn up screaming , fighting and running around like drunken idiots until the early hours of the morning. There is zero japan culture in Niseko so pick your worst western bar full of degenerates and that’s what you’ve got next door. If you sleep like a bear then it’s probably ok, but if you are a light sleeper you won’t be able to sleep until 2am most nights.

総じて快適でした。ただ、案内に「深めの浴槽」とあったのにシャワーのみの施設でした。また、外気温30度だったにもかかわらず、エアコンがついておりませんでした。この辺り改善していただければ・・・

アパートタイプなのでフロントはないが、チェックインや宅急便の送付など、対応はメールで十分。 土間が乾燥室になっており、便利。 駐車場もすぐ横に停められて便利。 メゾネットで、2階が寝室。2段ベッドと、ダブルベット。広さは、ベッド以外の場所にスーツケースを2つ広げられるぐらい。 部屋の家具がオシャレ。 冷蔵庫が小さく、冷凍庫が独立してない。 電子レンジやトースター、炊飯器、鍋あり。 食器も一通りあり。 バスタブないが、シャワールームがグレーのタイルでオシャレ。 テレビが小さい。でもスキーがメインなので特に問題なし。 夜2,3時に裏の居酒屋から出てくる酔っぱらいの話し声が残念。 期待以上に、楽しくすごせた。

We Loved Kiseki

Kiseki was great! Short walk to the lifts and Hirafu restaurants. The free shuttle from the bus stop was a nice treat. Perfect condo for 3 or 4. My friend complained about his mattress in the bunk bed, but other than that, this place was superb.

不错的选择

非常好的选择。位置超方便，就在Hirafu的中心，去SeicoMart三分钟，登山轩拉面一分钟。酒店有提供免费的接驳车，可以去滑雪场，完全不需要Ski in Ski out的酒店了。而且还有免费去Kuchan超市的车，自己买回来做饭很好。不过价格有点贵。

Good place to rest and relax!

Very good stay! Do take note the area is developing so from early morning there will be some construction noise. But not too much to dampen our stay though.

Perfecte locatie en een mooi functioneel gebouw

Wij hebben er gelogeerd met 3 volwassenen maar er was ruimte genoeg voor 4. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig inclusief wasmachine met ingebouwde droger. Verder was er een keuken met kookgerei, waterkoker magnetron allemaal aanwezig. Ruimtelijk opgezet en het was voor ons perfect. Zeer tevreden.

Clean and tidy, close to slopes

The apartment is close to Hirafu lift, very convenient location. Clean and tidy, you have everything u need for a stay. IH, kitchen utensils, laundry, etc. They have a drying corner right at the door front, good for drying our gears. Overall, It’s a very comfortable home!

Great Stay

Kiseki offered complimentary pick up from and drop off at Hirafu Welcome Centre on day of check-in and check-out, as well as a free shopping trip to Kutchan for us to pick up our groceries. Very good service indeed. Great Upper Hirafu location. Close to eateries and convenience stores. Not ski-in-ski-out, but not a problem at all. We rented our skis from Larry Adler (very close to Ace Family Chair) and they offered free overnight storage. Larry Adler was an easy walk from Kiseki. Will stay again!

賃貸マンションの一室みたいな、メゾネットタイプのお部屋

キッチンに食器調理器具&洗濯乾燥機も完備で広々。ただTVが小さかったのと、シャワー室のみなのが少し残念。が、近くにたくさんの温泉施設があるので、シャワー室のみでも十分な感じです。あと、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋方が騒いでたのか声とか音が漏れてきてなかなか寝つく事が出来ませんでした。
