「The service we received was great from Ann. What happened was,the hotel.com showed the room we booked(family suit) actually has "two double beds" option, however, they do not have it at all. The family suits is always one double beds, one single bed and one double deck beds. This made me really upsets as the information which Hotel.com provided was totally incorrect. 「We booked a two bedrooms apartment and stayed 3 nights with 2 older children. Staff was "super" nice and helpful. The apartment was spacious with sitting room, dining room and fully equipped open kitchen. The apartment was clean, well-furnished and looked like newly renovated. It was so convenient that the laundry machine and dryer were inside the apartment (free to use). Clovelly Restaurant was really good with reasonable price.
