「Muy cómoda la habitación, y el desayuno tipo buffet fué lo mejor」

「Nice view and great space for living. I hope I can be here again 」

「The hotel was absolutely great. My room had a cute balcony that each morning a green parrot would come and visit. The hotel has a collaboration with BACU cafe and restaurant. In the evenings I had great service, coffee, and drinks. The morning service was very slow, and despite us letting them know we had a conference there was only one speed. This is aside from the server not being nice, and would often roll their eyes for any small request. The breakfast was delicious but no changes allowed...

「Good service. Easy check in. In a very nice nieborhood with the beautiful mall attached」

「Todo bello」

「Staff can be friendlier and professional」

「No frills hotel. Comfortable bed and safe in room were the positives. Negatives include non- working TV, no washcloths, and questionable cleaning of the shower. Would not return.」

「Mejor calidad en los empleados de recepción De Todo lo demás 20/10」

「Refuse to change the date of our reservation for another time. Wouldn’t take expedia calls to change the reservation. Lost $800 for 3 nights.」

「The place is very clean, staff is great!! The room we were given when we arrived was a mini suite that due to rain, it leaked and we were moved to another regular room that was 1/2 the size of what we had reserved, that was the only room available at the time with a very, very hard mattress. That we complaint of and got a mattress top two days before checking out. None of the pictures advertised about the rooms are what we saw. Staff is very friendly tho」
