「Muy cómoda la habitación, y el desayuno tipo buffet fué lo mejor」

「Nice view and great space for living. I hope I can be here again 」

「The hotel was absolutely great. My room had a cute balcony that each morning a green parrot would come and visit. The hotel has a collaboration with BACU cafe and restaurant. In the evenings I had great service, coffee, and drinks. The morning service was very slow, and despite us letting them know we had a conference there was only one speed. This is aside from the server not being nice, and would often roll their eyes for any small request. The breakfast was delicious but no changes allowed...

「Clean」

「The hotel was nice but no closets on the room, ran out of hot water. The restaurant and the rooftop needs to be open for longer hours.」

「Staff can be friendlier and professional」

「No frills hotel. Comfortable bed and safe in room were the positives. Negatives include non- working TV, no washcloths, and questionable cleaning of the shower. Would not return.」

「Best shower I have ever had! Rooms small but clean and tidy. No free water this had to be paid for. Breakfast had 4 options but small portions such as one rasher of bacon. Location was too far away for hotel trip pick ups. We always had to catch a taxi. Friendly and helpful staff.」

「Muy bonito hotel , moderno」

「This hotel was a good location for us (my sisters and I traveled together). I’m a vegetarian and the breakfast was not suitable for my diet. The hotel should accommodate the customers with a variety of nutritional options. The hotel gym needs to be updated (broken bike). The restaurant was great and with good prices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. In summary, an elegant facility and safe neighborhood. I requested a late checkup and they helped me with an additional hour. Thanks.」
