"I had an enjoyable stay at this hostel in Tokyo! Although I shared the room with 15 other people, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and tidy, which made me feel very comfortable. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The surrounding area is extremely convenient, offering easy access to transportation and numerous nearby facilities. "Here is the rub. My room was a capsule space. When I arrive, there were two shelves, one upper and lower shelf at the head of the bed. It was dark. I did not know that the bottom shelf was adjustable. Because of this for three nights, I slept with my feet hanging off the edge of the bed and on the third night I woke up, hitting my head on the bottom shelf because when the bed was made, the shelf was not collapsed and prepared for the next customer.
