「The house is great. There was an issue which the owners took care of promptly. This place does not have a/c and that is likely my fault. I'm sure I just missed it in the listing. The house wasn't too warm during the day but cooled down and sleeping at night was perfect. It is close to Hilo town. It is close to a general store if you need something and walking distance from a beach that apparently has seals at it frequently. We did not see any this trip. We had the house to ourselves....

「I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....
