「Kids loved the family room, we celebrated a bithday there. It had everything to cook with, plates, cups, silverware. Will consider this place again」

「Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. 」

「The toilet paper box is broken, there is no shower head in the bathroom, and the hair dryer wasn't working and can't be used. Quadruple room only provides towels for two people. 」

「We staid one night and it was very good. The room was renovated and had all we needed. Bed were comfortable and clean. Rooms had fridge, microwave, AC, cable.」

「The special incense smell makes people feel uncomfortable。 It actually requires a deposit of 120 dollar？but the order is not informed in advance」

But the owner simply handed me the key and warmly welcomed me to put everything in my room.It’s a lovely place, and the room is very clean! It’s only a 5-minute walk to the town centre and 10 minutes to Niagara Falls. I would love to stay here again.」
