Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls
The check in was excellent. We arrived early and they let us in the room. Unfortunately we had trouble with the toilet backing up constantly . They did send up maintenance quickly three times, however it couldn’t be resolved so they moved us to a new room the next morning. The manager comped us breakfast ...

When we arrived Edith and Georgette helped us settle in our rooms fast and efficiently. The rooms were overall clean and had a nice view. Staff was nice and helpful ready to answer any concerns.
