We booked a suite because we like to have a couch or chairs to sit on. We do not like watching the t.v. or having drinks sitting on the bed.The room was huge. A suite. There was no couch, no chairs, no closet doors, a kitchen but no appliances. We never told upon check-in that the room was deficient.
The view from the patio was lovely, overlooking the marina and lake. We had 2 chairs outside on the patio which were covered in bird droppings. The patio was dirty with dead bugs and bird droppings. I used the hand towels to cover the chairs to sit on. We were tired after a long travel day and just wanted to relax and have a drink. So disappointed.
The towels in the washroom were thread bare.
Food in the on site restaurant was delicious. Service was good.
We received an automated courtesy text from the front desk waking us up at 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning asking us what time we were checking out at? I wasn’t impressed.
Overall Ramada definitely needs to step up their game at the Ramada Jordan.
