The reception was small but inviting, with lovely background music, and the service was impeccable; we received information and answers to our questions very politely—all quickly and efficiently, without any stress.
We had a room with a kitchen that was very well equipped, featuring amenities such as a washer-dryer, a fridge-freezer, and cooking facilities. The toilet was located in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom, with its own entrance.
The only negative thing we have to say about the hotel concerns the breakfast selection for those with allergies. I have celiac disease and cannot tolerate gluten, there was no food I could eat to make breakfast a good, substantial meal — we gave it a try one day, but for me, it was a complete waste of money. (It was very sad.)
The location was perfect for us, as proximity to Shin-Osaka Station was a decisive factor in our choice of accommodation in Osaka.
The hotel's shuttle to Shin-Osaka Station was absolutely fantastic, since I had injured my foot and was having trouble walking even the short distance to and from the hotel - However, 9 seats was a bit too few on several occasions.
A good selection of nearby grocery stores and the fact that the room had a kitchen, we would certainly consider staying at the same hotel again. Having a pharmacy and a hospital right across the street offers invaluable peace of mind.
The cleanliness was excellent, and the helpfulness at the reception was fantastic, and puts a smile on your face
