It is very near the beachfront, the hotel can be walk around the chơ Đầm market. It is very easy to get around. The one thing i cannot stand the smell in the hallway is like bad sewer or a dead body composed.

This hotel is located in a small mall with lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is right across the street and beach lounger are provided. The hotel staff can be dismissive at times and as a female I was not given the same level of respect as my husband by the front desk staff. The pools looks nothing like the pictures. The pools are cold and dirty. A couple of hard chairs to sit on but not impressed at all. There were local kids throwing rocks and dirt into the pools, adults eating and belching by the pool, again not impressed. The breakfast buffet is good and the young man in charge of the eggs is very kind and hard working.

Not a 5 star service or facilities
To be a 5star hotel, it didn’t hold the standard. Facility’s would be rated lite a 3 star. Pool guy did not let it use the sun beds around the pool and after some phoncalls and angry faces from him we were aloud to to take two sundress - if we carried our self to the sundeck. Reception was quite in friendly until we hade checked in, after that it was some fake smiles, we just asked if we could get access to our room befor real check in time because we arrived earlier then expected. 水回りの設備の点で5つ星ホテルではないです。 最初に案内された部屋のレインシャワーが使用出来ず、部屋替えになりました。次の部屋はバスタブの栓が閉まらず、お湯が溜められない状況。修理不能とのことで更に部屋替えをすることになりました。2度も荷物をパッキングした挙句の果ての3つ目の部屋のレインシャワーヘッドがあらぬ方向に向いていたのでシャワールームの扉の隙間から水が流れ出し、隣のトイレの床が水浸しになる始末。これ以上の部屋移動は時間の無駄なので、床を拭きながら凌ぎました。ロケーションは良いです。

당일 새벽에 도착해서 방들어갔는데 개미가 바글바글..청소도 수건으로 대충 쓱쓱 닦으면서 아래로 떨구고 방바꿔달라고하니깐 없다고 했으면서 나중엔 또 바꿔준다하고 낮에 방바꿨는데 이번엔 에어컨고장으로 또 방바꾸고 다음날 저녁에 놀고 들어왔는데 새끼바퀴벌레나와서 방바꾸고...3박 4일 동안 방만 3번을 바꿨어요 완전 비추

Beautiful hotel with Amazing staff!
Stayed as a birthday treat with my sister, and we enjoyed every minute! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a welcome drink and check-in was efficient. The lobby was impressive, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was even better, we were upgraded and given twin beds as requested, on the 18th floor with a great view of the city and beach! They even had a complimentary fruit bowl waiting for us. The room itself was modern and super spacious, had everything you needed and the bathroom had both a huge bath and a high-powered shower which was a godsend after long days exploring! Make sure you take advantage of the outside pool and hot-tub too! There is a wonderful view from there and it was empty every time we went so you don't need to fight for a spot. As well there is a huge gym and classes guests can take. The most important part i must mention is the staff at Diamond Bay Hotel, they are AMAZING!! We had a mishap at the beginning of our trip, and special thanks to Mr. Duc Nguyen was attentive enough to inquire if anything was wrong; after we had explained he got the manager involved and they managed to track down the company and got us our belongings back within a day! That's real customer service! Everyone was super friendly and helping us with directions and booking tickets to Vinpearl Land. As well the manager personally delivered a birthday cake to us, so lovely! Overall a GREAT stay so Thank you DBH we will definitely be returning in the future!

이번이 3번째 나트랑여행입니다 몸이 힘들어 휴양차 간 여행이여서 가급적 쉬는 컨셉으로 다녀온여행 숙소라 보시면 됩니다 일단 저희는 조식, 욕조, 발코니, 수영장, 여행자 거리주변을 포함한 호텔을 찾아서 방문한 호텔이구요 3박4일 여정이었읍니다 후기에 조식이 좋았다고들 하셔서 예약한게 컸지만 조식이 저희한테는 그냥그냥이었던 호텔이었구요 제 생각보다는 여행자 거리와의 거리가 꽤 있읍니다 대략 2km정도 도보로 약 20-30분정도여서 애매한 위치라고 봅니다 다행히 발코니가 있어 해변은 잘보이는 편이었구요 인폼은 낮에 보시던분은 좋았는데 야간은 그닥 소통이 잘되는 편은 아니었던걸로 기억납니다 가격은 제 느낌으로는 약간애매한정도로 보시면 될듯 동남아지방은 욕조가 있는 호텔이 별로 없어서 이부분은 마음에 들었구요 방크기는 일본비즈니스호텔에 약 2배정도 보시면 될듯
