「Staff were responsive and helpful. Airport shuttle is convenient, prompt, and clean. Checkout is early at 11:00 am but extensions are available. Breakfast was hot and delicious with good variety. 「Great location in a safe, clean, leafy green, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Central Business District of Kigali. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the huge buffet breakfast in the lush garden setting is wonderful.
