「I had a great trip here, the owner is very friendly」

「We booked our 3-night non-refundable reservation through Expedia and the listing said that parking was included. When we received our welcome email from the property manager we learned that the free parking was only for stays of a week or longer. The parking lot is a 10-minute walk uphill from the flat, costs £11/day. The flat is cute although small, but very quiet with a comfortable bed and well equipped galley kitchen. 「A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches. Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival. Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk. Highly recommended. 」

「The hotel allows children to use the indoor pool only between 9am - 10am and between 3pm - 4 pm. We couldn’t find that information when we booked, and the member of staff at the reception didn’t advise us that when we asked about the availability of the indoor pool with my daughter. It was disappointing. The hotel itself and general services were nice.」

「We only stayed the one night, so didnt get chance to use the facilities. Although we didnt have a dog, there was plenty of evidence that the hotel was very dog friendly. We had a very nice double room on the ground floor. It was clean and welcoming. There was a variety of chairs to sit on. Much more comfy than squatting on the side of the bed. 「Lovely barn conversion! cottages have a very modern feel. Plenty to do and see such as the walk around Argal reservoir, tennis, pool, seeing the animals on the farm like goats, horses and the owners amazing dogs. Owner Ian is very friendly and always happy to help if you need a hand with anything. Overall, lovely stay and would love to come back again!」
